Greta and Ian have a patient and deep love for each other. They began “dating” in middles school (took a break for a bit), and then launched into their forever relationship in high school. They have so many stories funny, bittersweet, and joyful to tell already. What a rich and beautiful foundation they have as they enter into their marriage this summer. And their faith… well it could move mountains. All who know them will tell you so. I cannot wait to see what Jesus will do with their lives covenanted to one another for His name sake. It will be remarkable, I am sure.
When Greta wanted to do their engagement session at her family home… and the location of their reception I knew it would be so perfect. After all a couple with such history at a place that is so dear to Greta’s heart is a dream come true for a storytelling photographer. And it was a dream watching them dance, chat, walk, and kiss in the tension of the already but not yet. The love that has been for so long… waiting to burst into the forever that is marriage.
I am sure the best is yet to come in the next chapters for Greta and Ian… To Be Continued July 2015
