This refined and elegant Winter Wedding styled shoot, at Great Oak Manor with it’s palette of cream and emerald was recently feature on Glamour and Grace. All of this pretty was an absolute dream to photograph.
The historic venue was styled perfectly by Katie of White Oak Weddings and Events. The classic garland cascading down the spiral banister… The romantic glow of candles of varying shapes and sizes established continuity between each setting. Candles adorned the steps where the bride made her first descent. The timeless architecture of the manor was a grand setting for the brides first reveal, and decadent dessert nook.
This design also featured two outdoor vignettes along the lush waterfront landscape of the Chester river just around the bend from Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay. The iconic towering evergreen on the manor grounds provided a majestic backdrop for the elegant lines of our brides Paloma Blanca gown. Just beyond the evergreen sat the cozy alfresco parlor where the inviting mantle-scape provided a calm and bright cocktail hour lounge for all to enjoy. Steps away, at waters edge, a sweetheart table crowned with a dripping candle chandelier created an enchanting dining space to conclude the day.
The flowing calligraphed details, quintessential Susie Saltzman ring design, stunning Bella Belle heals, and the savory hors d’oeuvres finished of the visual harmony of this inspiration shoot beautifully. It is our hope to inspire briides with the subtle infusion of traditional holiday elements that support the winter wonderland feel of this elegant Wedding affair.
