So excited to announce…
SHE WORE FLOWERS IN HER HAIR
A limited-edition portrait series celebrating women – artists, mothers, daughters, sisters, friends.
I don’t remember exactly when the idea for She Wore Flowers In Her Hair came to me—probably somewhere between running an extremely busy photography business and running my boys to baseball—but I knew instantly this project would be near and dear to my heart and soul.
Why?
Because… YOU DEAREST!
Perhaps you have forgotten that you are loved and lovely. You need a reminder of these things. And those you love deserve to have images of you they will cherish.
We are artists, mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and we so often put others first and take care of everyone else before we think about taking care of ourselves. It’s in our DNA and try as we might to remember that we, too, need to be taken care of every so often, we still fall short of the mark in our rush to take care of everyone else and be so many things to so many people.
And what makes a woman feel more beautiful and more loved than a little pampering? Getting a little glammed up and spending some time with a professional photographer who knows how to accentuate and uncover the beauty you may have forgotten is the perfect way to take care of yourself and others.
Once the idea blossomed and I began mentioning it to some of my favorite vendors, She Wore Flowers In Her Hair, took off and grew into a multi-city, multi-vendor endeavor and now we are all so excited to launch it for you and your inner circle.
We are excited to announce that our first edition will take place in A N N A P O L I S, MARYLAND

“Hi! I’m Kaitlin Noverr, the abstract artist behind Elysian Market. The meaning behind elysian is complex, yet meaningful: beautiful or creative, divinely inspired, peaceful or perfect. This word embodies the connection and sentiment I strive to give to others through my hand painted Art Styling Surfaces and Backdrops. Most days you can find me in my home studio in Cincinnati, Ohio, getting lost in my paintings, and smiling from ear to ear.”
Hair and makeup to make you feel like the flower-crowned Goddess of Gorgeous will be provided by Infinity Artistry.
And, the pièce de résistance, the florist who will be crowning you in beautiful seasonal blossoms is…a secret for now! We’ll be announcing our talented flower guru closer to the date of our launch and we can’t WAIT to reveal who it is!
