Lauren and Nick’s wedding felt like a love letter to the Eastern Shore — timeless, intentional, and grounded in meaning. From sailboats drifting along the horizon to candlelight reflecting against the evening sky, their celebration embodied everything couples are drawn to when choosing this iconic St. Michaels venue.

Their aesthetic embraced refined coastal elegance — blue-and-white paper goods inspired by the harbor, lush white florals by J. Starr’s Flower Barn, and details that felt thoughtful rather than ornamental.
The reception carried the same timeless sensibility. Natural wood chairs, layered candlelight, and a glass-enclosed setting that allowed the evening sky to remain visible long after sunset. The space felt elevated without feeling formal — warm, intentional, and deeply personal.
Before joining their guests, Lauren and Nick paused for a private champagne toast — taking in the room they had envisioned for months. Their first dance to 'L-O-V-E' by Nat King Cole followed — intimate, classic, and entirely theirs.

The evening before, Lauren surprised her mother by wearing her mother’s wedding dress — a generational thread woven into the celebration. Guests were welcomed with sailboat accents and meaningful nods to the harbor town surrounding them.

Manda has OUTDONE herself!
We couldn't recommend Manda more - she went above and beyond from our very first conversation, and we immediately connected on many levels. She supported us in countless ways leading up to the wedding weekend and captured the most incredible photos for both our Night Before celebration and our wedding day. She even surprised us with sneak peak photos overnight (!!!) from our Welcome Party which was so exciting and shows how she goes above and beyond for her couples.
The best word to describe working with Manda is peaceful. Our families, friends, Nick, and I all felt so comfortable with her, and we truly loved her presence throughout the entire weekend.
She created an environment where Nick and I could stay present, enjoy each other, have fun, and soak in every moment - all of which she captured so beautifully in our album. Manda also has an extraordinary eye for detail, capturing many meaningful touches that were deeply special to us - the kind of moments only her talent could catch.
