An Eastern Shore Wedding day filled with happy tears, vintage elements, and the most amazing window light you could ever ask for.
Ashleigh and Ned united their lives for all time in glorious fashion at 447 in Cambridge, a beautiful old building in Downtown Cambridge transformed into a two story venue. Ashleigh and Ned are one of the first few couples to begin their marriage in this character filled space.
The day was filled with pretty pastels. The ladies wore the perfect shade of sage green, and Ashleigh carried a bouquet of light pink peonies, pale yellow garden roses, white ranunculus and lisianthus. While the gents contrasted them nicely in their Navy Blue suites and pale yellow ties… they escorted the ladies in a worthy fashion.
Though the day was rainy they were all set with a venue filled with gorgeous windows. Prayers were answered when the rain stopped just long enough for the couple to take a romantic drive to the Chesapeake Bay waterfront in a Vintage Plymouth. After all what is an Eastern Shore Wedding without a few moments to soak in the beauty of the waterfront. As you will see it was a perfect private celebration for these two love birds to celebrate their romance.
Here is a little peak into the day…
|| From the Bride ||
We met via mutual friends who set us up on a blind date. After the first night we met, we both knew there was something special between us, something we had never experienced with another person. Following that first night we were inseparable and after a few months, we moved to Ft. Lauderdale together. While in Ft. Lauderdale in December 2016, Ned took me to a beautiful location called Butterfly World, which is an indoor arboretum and butterfly sanctuary. He planned on asking me to marry him inside of the sanctuary but after a few hiccups, he dropped down to his knee and asked me to be his wife outside of the sanctuary in a beautiful park next to the water.
